MRS ADEFUNKE ASE (ACA, ACIT, ACIB, CISA, MSC, HND) - Managing Partner
Mrs. Adefunke Ase is the Managing Partner of A.S. Ase & Co. (Chartered
Accountants). She started her working career with Federal Government Press as a Store Keeper till 1995, after which she moved to Lagos State Polytechnic for her OND and HND in Insurance respectively. She joined Omega bank/Spring bank as a Corper in 2000 and Later Joined S.S. Afemikhe as a Supervisor in 2009. She left for Fola Akiyode & Co. in 2010 as a Tax and Audit Manager- while at Fola Akiyode, She was co- opted into the 2009-2011 NEITI Audit as Senior Consultant by Sada Idris and Co in 2012.
Mrs. Ase is awaiting Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
Nigeria, An Associate in Chartered Institute of Taxation and a member
of Chartered Institute of Bankers, A Certified System Auditor from
ISACA in United State of America and also an Alumni of University of
Lagos, a Masters holder in Organisational Behavior.
MRS ADELAKUN OMOLARA (FCA, B.Sc. ACCOUNTING, M.Sc. ACCOUNTING) – Assistant Audit Partner.
Mrs Adelakun is a Chartered Accountant (FCA). She holds a first degree in accounting and a post graduate degree in Accounting from the Lagos
State University.
She has undertaken courses in financial management/financial control & risk asset/debt management. She is also a Forensic accounting expert
with over fifteen years experience, specializing in the field of loan, excess charges / debt recovery and investigation.
She started her career with an Audit firm SS Afemikhe & Co chartered Accountant where she acquired eight years working experience.
She has also worked with public and private organizations for decades
of years. She is a tutor on management accounting, advance application of
Microsoft Excel for financial modeling.
MR. OKEREKE DAVID (BSC, FCA) – Quality Control/Compliance Partner
Mr. Okereke is an astute financial consultant and auditor with vast experience in the audit of private and public enlisted entities. He had his first degree in accountancy from the University of Lagos. A fellow of the prestigious institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria
An associate of Certified Forensic Accountants of Nigeria. He has worked
in two reputable Audit firms ‘ IKEJI & CO’; S.A BAMMEKE & CO for over
a decade where he held managerial positions in Private and public audit,
consultancy, investigations and advisory services. He is a resource person for the institute in audit and investigation for the institute of chartered Accountants of Nigeria and also for lead ICAN tuition houses. He has consulting for the Lagos Internal Revenue Service (LIRS) as Tax monitoring Auditor (TAMA); he also consulted for FIRS as Tax

Nicodemus Egwu Onwukwe Chukwu holds Bachelor of
Science (B.Sc) degree in Banking & Finance from Ogun State University
(now Olabisi Onabanjo University), Ago Iwoye, Ogun State. Mr. Chukwu
is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria;
Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria; Chartered Taxation Institute of Nigeria; Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered); Chartered
Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy; Association of Certified
Fraud Examiners, U.S.A; National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria;
Institute of Credit Administration;Information Systems Audit andControl Association (ISACA).
Mr. Chukwu has attended various training courses, conferences and seminars within and outside Nigeria. He is currently a partner in A. S. Ase & Co aside other commitment he has in other areas of consulting.
GBENGA BAMIJI ( BSc, FCA, MBA, ACTI, CRISC)
Mr. Gbenga Bamiji is a professional with almost 2 decades of versed consulting experience
in covering Innovations, Strategy, business development, Consumer
Insights Analysis, Performance management, Revenue multiplication
Strategies, Risk management, Finance and
Business Facilitations, Training and Development
and Technology inclusion. His work experience spanned across risk
management and audit work experience in Airtel Nigeria, Gbenga Bamiji is a graduate of Accounting (BSC Hons) also had MBA in Finance and Accounting from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo
He currently a partner in A. S. Ase & Co aside other commitment he has in other areas of consulting spanning from foreign direct investment, project funding, business strategy and innovations for

ADEBUSOLA OLUSOLA (BSC, ACA)
Mr. Adebusola Olusola is a
professional with over 20 years of versed Audit and Banking experience
which cover Audit, Forensic Audit, Statutory Audit, Accounting and Fund Management. Mr. Adebusola started his working career in Capital Bank International Limited as reconciliation officer, he later joined Akintola William as independent consultant where he got exposed to full Audit.
Mr. Adebusola worked with Tunde Oluyemi & Co. as a supervisor before
Joining WEMA Bank as the Head of Account. He later moved to Awofadeju & Co. and Suru Group as an Audit and Finance Manager respectively. He left from Anjorin + Anjorin and Co. to Join A. S. Ase and Co. as a Partner. Adebusola Olushola is a graduate of Biology Education from the University of Lagos and Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria.
IDU SUPER (CFA, ACA, ACTI) - Forensic Audit Partner
Mr Idu is a chartered accountants(ACA). He holds a first degree in accounting and a post graduate in financial management from the Lagos state university. He is a Certified Forensic Accountant(CFA) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation(ACTI).
